Stephen Beaumont - Owner and Chocolatier

Stephen has had a long career in luxury hospitality management, having trained initially with The Savoy Hotel Company in London, England and Lausanne, Switzerland before holding senior management positions in UK, USA, Canada and the Caribbean. He has been making chocolate bonbons since 2019, training with Master Chocolatier, Luis Amado in Michigan USA.

 

Stephen teaches hospitality management and culinary courses at Conestoga College in Waterloo, Ontario, as well as creating delectable edible art at the Chok. Fine Chocolates studio in Shakespeare, Ontario.

 

Stephen is a Certified Wine Educator, photographer and musician and he and his wife, Virginia, make their home in Stratford. 

Chok.
